I have rented from that location probably 8 times in the last 2 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. My cars have been well maintained and the staff has been friendly. The prices are much better for this location than the airport due to taxes on the rentals being higher for some reason at the airport (almost double according to the AAA website). I will need a rental a few more times this year and I will be going to that location to get them.

I would never use them again! Not all of them are rude but this one lady is very nasty! After spending over 1500$ with them renting a car while mine got diagnos and fixed I was treated bad! She tried to charge me 200$ for smoking and I've never smoked a cigarette a day in my life. Go else where if you want to feel like your business is appreciated

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I normally go with Enterprise but decided to give Hertz a try... this will not happen again. I requested a vehicle with XM radio since I would be doing quite a bit of driving during the weekend with my kids. Not only did I request it when I made my reservation online I also called the location twice to make sure that one would be available. When I arrived on site I was informed that they did not have any vehicles with XM radio, but after checking my rental it did in-fact have the radio installed but for whatever reason they were unable to activate it. After expressing my frustrations with the person at the counter and the manager I headed out. I called later in the day and spoke with the manager who assured me that after checking into things the radio would be activated before the end of the day. When I finally headed out on the road that evening I decided to try the XM radio to check the weather and it was not working. I called the location again and was told that they tried but they would have it activated first thing in the morning. Skip to Monday when I dropped it off, the radio never got activated, when I complained I was told I should have called ahead, which I did, they then tried to credit off the XM radio since it never worked, which they already had when they first thought the radio was not installed. Their excuse was that I should not have used a third party booking site which I quickly produced my Hertz website receipt where I booked the vehicle and shut down that argument. After stopping them from attempting charge me again for the rental that I had already paid for I was finally free from the train-wreck. Overall this was a horrible experience and I will never rent another vehicle from them again.
