Terrible service!! Time to time I rent cars using hertz, but this time decided to try budget, worst experience ever!! I had a reservation two weeks in advance and when I finally arrived at the airport they didn't want to give me a car because I didn't have credit card with me, even that I've paid for rental using my debit card. What if I have no credit card at all? Basically I should have a credit card to pick up a car. Makes no sense! They told me that if I have only debit card then I should go to another location, miles away! Was I supposed to walk over there with the luggage? So I had to call to the bank and waste a lot of time just sitting there and trying to get any help. The customer service is very rude, I will never ever use budget and won't recommend to anyone else!

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience, our son had surgery and they would not let us extend our rental one hour.  They wanted to charge us $110.00 for an extra hour.  It was absolutely absurd.  The manager at the call center had terrible customer service, I was explaining to him how unsatisted I was and he kept saying have a nice day!  In a sarcastic  way.  It really irritated me even more.  I will never be renting from budget again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I had a contract for 49 days for a car, after 30 days, Budget harassed me about being "late", even though I explained it THREE times to THREE different people. Still charged me a late fee. No apology from Budget, no call from Budget. You all are disgusting!!!

Same experience as a previous comment; they tell me one thing and it is different when you get here. In my case I was told I could pay cash, but when I returned the car back they tell me they don't have change they need exact payment. I specifically took the cash out to pay, and their reasoning was that I had taken the car out of a bigger airport, Orlando, who accepts cash and apparently is the only one that can provide change. Had a better experience with enterprise.
