Brian was introduced to us through a mutual friend.  We came in from out of town to look at few investment properties.  We only had the weekend.  Brian devoted his entire weekend helping us find something.  We put an offer in on a house the last day we were there.  Brian has an eye for a good investment and will be upfront with you.  He knows the area and has been doing this for a long time.

Several weeks ago I found myself in an unfortunate situation of having to move from a place I had been renting to own. With very little time to find a place and countless hours of calling and driving around Jacksonville , I had basically given up and remained worried about what I was going to do. Anyone who has ever moved , or is in the process of searching for a place knows just how exhausting it can be, not only is the moving part exhausting but the pre-moving can be very frustrating trying to get someone to answer the phone or give any information out. In a last attempt one day on my way to work I had noticed a beautiful house with a "For Rent" sign out front , I decided to call, but had very little optimism that anyone would answer or that it would even be available. Later I would realize that THIS WAS THE BEST CALL I MADE !!! Brian Hewitt and I spoke for a few minutes that Friday and I quickly realized this was NOT going to be like any other experience I had ever had with renting a home, he absolutely went out of his way throughout the entire process and I was in by Monday. Everything was so simple and effortless , I truly believe that the " unfortunate situation " that led me to calling Brian, turned out to be a " fortunate situation ". When I had doubts in thinking " this is too good to be true" , it usually was that way with past realtor's offering nothing but false hope. Based on my experience , Hewitt Realty has been the most professional and friendly business that I have dealt with in a very long time. I don't see myself moving anytime soon, but if and when that time should come I know that Hewitt Realty will be the first and only call I make. Brian did a fantastic job finding a good tenant for my property and has managed the rental property beyond expectations. Brian is always quick to respond and proactive in communication with me and my tenant.
