Experience with their property management was a nightmare. Multiple service calls with no receipts, and multiple times for the same problems. Likely to lose money utilizing their property management services. If I could rate on a different scale, I would rate them a -5 Stars.

I rented an apartment from this company and it was a nightmare. First, they insist that you pay for water. Since the rent was cheap, I didn't make a big deal about it. But when I called the utility company, they informed me that the quadraplex was NOT split up on sepearate lines and that I would have to get switch on service for the ENTIRE building in my name. When I told the property manager this, she practically called me a liar and then refused to return my calls. Finally the broker called me and claimed that the utility company was wrong. At move in, the property mangement tells "Oh, by the way the water may have a little sand in the water lines, but it should work it self out. Needless to say, every faucet in the house was filled with sand including the toilets.The screen in the kitchen faucet stayed filled with sand. When I opened the dishwasher door, the whole thing would tip over because it wasn't properly secured to the counter. I had to use a bucket to refill both toilets because sand (or something) clogged them up. I used vise grips on the bathtub to turn on and off the water, which still leaked. The tub didn't drain properly. Ultimately, the final straw was a massive water leak that came from the upstairs apartment and drenched the landry area. My washer, showered in water. My other belongings in the laundry room, ruined. They didn't even offer an apology. The rent was only $450-$500, but the management company was seriously out to lunch. Trust me, you don't want to waste your time!
