Worst customer service and full of lies i was told that my washer and dry would be deliever to my home just to find out both was on back order all while now a month from when i went in and purchase it i done got 3 deliever dates from the sound that they really dont know when im going to get it meanwhile im still spending money going to the washer... These ppl are horrible.

Got approved for a washer/dryer and set up a schedule time for Monday for delivery.  I was informed that the dryer was on back order. Drove from East Memphis to Southaven to pick out another dryer. Tuesday was set for another delivery time and was then informed that the truck had already left the warehouse so I set the delivery for Wed only to find out that the store in Wolfchase location SOLD the washer/dryer that I was suppose to receive.  An associate that worked there stated that "Well Ms. Knight I was going to offer you a discount but if you don't want it.  He acted as if ALL of this was my fault and that HE was doing me a favor.  I will never refer anyone I know to this store or any other HHGREGG

I tell you what the CEO needs todo is train the managers on how to take care of customers. I've spent a lot of money with hhgregg I have never bought an appliance or tv anywhere else but hhgregg I even bought my mattress at hhgregg. Then To have a manager not honor a price he had given 15 minutes ago all because I just walked out of the store to think about and then he admit to me that the price was only good if I had stayed and not walked outside the building. This is terrible salesmanship and customer service. Then when I do call to make a complaint and then only one person has called me back and I was promised a call from a regional manager which to date still hasn't called me. If this is where hhgregg has gotten to I'm very disappointed because I've always had a good experience untill now.

I've bought my surround sound, TV, fridge,  stove and several other things there without a problem. I have been given coupons and sales prices I didn't know about and not only will they match a price they can beat it.  They don't make the product, only sell it.  But 5 years ago or so when I went in I couldn't get waited on.  When I go in now one guy calls me by my name.  That means something.

Worst experience ever. I had to return my washer because the shipping bolts were not removed. Then the dryer was defective  and had to be returned as well. I finally purchased a different brand that was in stock after dealing with defective machines for several months. No one showed up on the scheduled delivery date so I called. One of the pieces was now on back order somehow. I was told by the manager that I would be given a $100 credit due to my trouble..... several months have gone by..... no credit. When I spoke with him he told me it was issued, but it is still NOT on my account. Over a MONTH later my units were delivered..... WITH SCRATCHES ON THEM. I was credited $75 for the scratches from the Wolfchase location, but still no $100 credit for the months of waiting and defective units. The promised credit it the ONLY reason I did not walk away and buy somewhere else. I have been trying to contact the manager who promised the credit (Greg) for weeks. He is never able to come to the phone and wont return my calls. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service here and can not believe any company would do business this way. My opinion is to buy elsewhere at all costs. Its just not worth the headache and unfufilled promises.
