Im completely surprised by the negitive reviews. . I was just in there and have nothing but positive feedback. The  exceptional customer service  I received from "KC"  Insightful  to all of my many questions and beyond  patient  to my many " couldnt make up my mind  "  choices . I feel   Comfortable  enough to say I left with there no regret of my  purchases

They are horrible!! Like others say, rude, lazy, don't care attitude. I bought a 4 piece kitchen set on Veterans day. Microwave and dishwasher were not going to be in for a week. Ok. Scheduled delivery for following Saturday. That day, they call me and tell me it would be 4-6 weeks before I could get it. I called them on Monday to see what is available, if anything, hoping I could at least get the refrigerator and stove that was "supposedly" in stock so I could at least have those for thanksgiving dinner. "We'll call you back in 15 minutes". Haven't heard back since! I guess they want me to come down and confront them. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Not customer friendly, unwilling to accommodate at all, argumentative,.  But experts at "bait & switch".   We did NOT fall for that... went to Best Buy in Lancaster the next day.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. 

Do not order anything online from HH Greg!!!!!! 

Not only did they take my money but they failed to deliver my iPencil, and iPad Pro  when they said they would. Then I had to go up to the store not once but four times and they said the order wasn't even in the computer. 

Then I had to call on my time in between patients  in order to inquire about the product they took money for. (Thus causing my whole day to get behind).

 But it gets worse. I'm now sitting at home and they gave me the wrong size iPad Pro a 9.7" and shorted me the 12.9" So now I have to go up to the store again tomorrow  return this iPad and pick up the larger size version that I've already paid for. This is in between patients.

What makes this worse is that the lady helping me online was rude and absolutely disrespectful of my time. The wait time was four minutes longer than what they stated at 12 min and she left me on the phone for another 13 min when I said I was calling in between patients.And then she tried to say this whole debacle was my fault  for not answering the phone when they called 6 minutes after I had already purchased it initially. 

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HH GREG!!! Especially on line!!!

My advice to anybody purchasing on HH Greg is to not. I have never been treated this poorly in my life especially after giving them $1000 of my money.
