My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at Big Sandy, extremely satisfied with the prices.  Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products/appliances and TV’s.  I feel confident that we will be returning customers!  You just cannot get better service or prices than Big Sandy!! ♥️

Outstanding service. Matt in appliances was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  Delivery drivers were friendly and did an excellent job at making sure appliances weren't damaged when bringing them inside. Very happy with the overall experience.

I stopped at Big Sandy to check out the dressers for my son.  The Sales lady that helped me was great. We found the perfect dresser. I love Big Sandy!

I have used Big Sandy Superstore for many years and through all the years I've always had wonderful service. When there have been problems we work things out. All the people working there have been very good to me. my recent experience over the weekend and purchasing a couch and a loveseat went very smoothly too

Waynette is a wonderful sales person. She was a great asset in helping find the right living room suite for my family. She was very informative and knew about the products. I will definitely shop at Big Sandy’s again.
