They are contracted to provide internet to my apartment block and it never works. Most of the time there is a router signal with no internet connection. We call constantly to get it fixed but it only will work for a day at a time.

This is the worst internet service I've ever used. It's constantly down and none of the technicians will fix it. They patch it and it will work for maybe an hour and then it's back down again. If it was possible I'd leave 0 stars.
