I visited on Christmas Eve. To my surprise, there were only a few customers in the store. I quickly found what I wanted. I used the self-service checkout and left. So, it was an unusual great visit.

Nice helpful employees.   Vicksburg, Mississippi Store did NOT have any Mississippi State Sweet Shirts for youth.  Did not have men's XL red sweat shirt in men's department.

Good.  But there improvements in areas that need to be better . Been coming here almost 4yrs. Need better deals on things an bring in METRO PCS

Had a return from Jewelry.... waited at customer service for 15 mins to be told I have to return it at Jewelry.... "Customer Service" never called someone to Jewelry.... walked back to Customer Service to get them to call someone.... real nice Manger of Jewelery helped with return but had to get a Manager to approve.... waited 10 more mins and after two calls for manager had the original lady at "NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE" come to approve transaction!  Beyond the Jewelry Manager, no one wanted to do their job in Walmart on this day!  Complain about their pay but still not willing to do their one task job..... MANAGING!

Want to thank Jeremy in electronics he saved the day he was very helpful see i went Verizon and Mario was just like you got to do this and hands me phone back. As were as Jeremy was so nice and fixed my phone for me. I new it could be done. I just didn't know how.And he did it in five minutes! Jeremy knows his stuff! Walmart you have a great employee there!
