Worst customer service everrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
The hair lady Heather said she'd do my hair for $85 then she changed her mind to $180. I was thinking why would I pay $180 for a place that's not even salon quality. But I came back and agreed to get my highlights done for $180. Then she changed her mind and she says she can't do it today she doesn't have time. Okay so you made an appointment with me but you don't have time ? You said it's only going to be $85 then changed price to $180 then say you can't do it anymore. Worst customer service for hair ever. Don't go to them for hair..... I'm not sure how their nail service is but I'm not going back .
