As a licensed Real Broker and Property Manager in the State of Florida and Michigan, I have never dealt with such poor customer service and processes than I have with this water department. I sell and lease numerous bank owned properties, and the Hialeah water department consistently hassles me for numerous Power of Attorney docs and Letter of Authorizations just to turn on water. The government is in place to serve the public, yet this water department seems to be in the business of making life hard for the people. Hence the reason for the 1.5 stars rating. I urged the city attorney and the Mayor's office to find a better way to serve people by posting ALL of your written policies online so that people do not have to make numerous trips just to turn on their water.

When calling the department they either hang up or transfer your call. They will put you on hold forever. Worst, most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. They force you to come in and wait to be seen and don't resolve any problems.

I called it ; no ones answer . They hang up immediately . I will need to relocated elsewhere cuz I am not settling for unprofessional customer services

Too much money spent on renovations while the service gets worst every day. If you are going to move be ready to spend 2 days doing the changes. This people don't know how to do their one job.
