DON’T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This specific office has the rudest employees. They don’t care about the case and won’t even properly check it. Don’t go to this office, find another one. I love Hialeah and I hate to see things like this happening. The man in the front desk and the lady in office 1 shouldn’t be working anymore. I am a true believer that if you don’t like your job, quit and they better do it fast.

Just left that office, oh my god the employees are so rude, i had a question and a bald gentleman that was there will look away pretending he did not hear me. Another lady also very rude. Never again. Just to think that with our tax money we pay these people their salaries.

I have to give 1 star in order to proceed but what does this people think they are? Thay are so freaking rude I’m not there because I want it to is because I need it. And at the end they Don’t help you they r the worse this is ashame that we have to go throug this type of people oh by the way I have a job and pay my taxes like millions of people that live on welfare too because in this country most of the paycheck are not enough

Horrible customer service cannot believe this place has the rudest people working for them especially melousse which she claimed that was her name. Answering a personal call right in front of me and had the worst attitude I have ever seen.

It gets one star because I had no choice. Further more, one star is over their league. Terrible service, unfriendly faces, bad behaviour, having phones there is pointless,environment is unpleasant and dirty. Employees with poor hygiene. Seriously, where can you report these farm animals? No offense to our animals.
