Let me preface that before my last visit here I never had any other problem besides waiting forever to be seen. The staff was always friendly and kind. This last time I went was supposed to be the first of three appointments. The first problem was that they didn't schedule the appointments correctly. I was seen for my cosmetic appointment instead of my actual fillings. When the dentist was performing the procedure, I just thought that they had time to do both. After I was done, I told them that I was supposed to have cavities filled first. I was told that I was mistaken. When I asked why I would fix something cosmetic before getting my cavities filled the lady gave no other explanation except for "that's what we had you down for". 
Second, the dentist came in and was obviously not in a good mood. I shrugged it off because everybody has bad days. When the dentist and the hygienist were deciding what color to fill my chip with, the dentist was very hasty in his decision. Mind you the hygienist already came in and suggested a color but wanted to confirm with the dentist. When the hygienist suggested a whiter color than the dentist did she hesitantly told him that she thought the color should be whiter. He bluntly disagreed and kept it moving. Later, she again suggested that they go with a lighter color. The dentist said nothing to her and continued. The hygienist was right. I now have a tooth a shade or two darker than the rest of my teeth because the dentist would not listen to his hygienist. VERY upset to say the least.

Dr. Baha was so professional, friendly, efficient, and explains everything very clearly. The same with hygienist Tina. I absolutely love this clinic and recommend it to anyone looking to establish care for themselves or their family.  Every interaction (even financial ones) have been positive and leave you feeling like you are lucky to have found them

Screwed up my appointment time....then got an attitude when I wouldnt inconvenience myself (for a second time) to suit them. Had a wisdom tooth pulled and 2 stitches....told the surgeon I could feel him sticking the needle in my gum (not pressure...actually stabbing pain) when he did the first stitch.   His response was well its just one more poke. Didnt give enough local anesthesia and my jaw was throbbing before i ever reached the parking lot. Would not recommend this place....and I wont be going back. While front staff is friendly.....this kind of negligence and heartlessness is not acceptable.

As someone who has dentist anxiety, I was really nervous coming in.  However, everyone I spoke with was extremely nice. My hygienist/assistant was so sweet and helpful after I shared my anxieties. The dentist was also SUPER sweet and really gentle. I found out I needed and extraction, and they had someone come in the room and explain ALL my options with insurance, without insurance, oral surgeon vs no oral surgeon. It was so nice. They were all so patient with my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
