We have been using Vanilla Dentistry for our family of 5 since they opened. They treat each of us with friendly and thorough service. My young kiddos enjoy picking from the treasure chest and choosing their favorite show to watch while getting their exam.

Dr. Lan is nice. Initially the service was good. My main concern is customer service from office manager and front staff. A few months ago, a new employee made mistake by quoting me the wrong amount before service was rendered. Months after service, I received another bill when I was told the initial quote was correct. Later, the office manager wouldn't correct the mistake. Instead of going to BBB, I agreed to pay and informed they would lose me as a customer for life. Today, I called and paid the amount, however, the front office person was rude and defensive when I mentioned about my concern. This led me to putting this review. I hope the front staff knows how to deal with customers.

My family and I are happy we chose Vanilla. Everyone was very professional and kind. I love that I walked out knowing my exact needs and solutions. I was handed a copy of a plan for improving my dental health.

My family and I have been going to Vanilla Family Dentistry for several years! Dr. Lan and his team have been and continue to be the best! They are there for us! Dr. Lan has earned my trust and loyalty!

Dr. Lan and his staff have been wonderful to my entire family. They provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to exceed expectation. My children did express some fear at the thought of going to the dentist, but with the staff and Dr. Lan’s friendliness and kindness, my kids immediately felt comfortable and at ease. They always look forward to their dental visits. We truly recommend Dr Lan!!
