John is one of the most knowledgeable guys you'll find. He does excellent work. Charges way less than anyone else you'll find. Also, quite a fantastic conversationalist. What a gem of a shop!

John is the very best set up man I have ever known.  He can make shite sound good and very fair on the wallet.  The store is a museum of instruments from all ages.  I highly recommend him.  BTW, the place is well named as it is a bit hard to find.  Call and he will vector you in.

John is the most friendly, guitar knowledgable, humble, fair priced business owner you'll find. He knows so much about anything you need done to a guitar and does amazing work. I have been going to him for at least 10 years and all of my friends do too. There is definitely a reason why. Plus he owns some awesome guitars and is always interested in just sitting and talking about anything.
