I ordered a two set of serrated periostome with the guy named Jeff Jaffary at ADA convention in DC on 11/6/2015. He showed me two sets: the gold one with 3 pieces and the blue one with 2 pieces. I was debating to see which set should I get. He said each set is $150. Each set has something I needed. So he suggested if I got both, he would give me $250 for both set. I agreed to his suggestion and placed order at the same date. When I received it, I only get two golds and two blues. I called back and spoke to him. He said his promotion for 5 pieces of instruments was $295. I told him I specifically talked him about these serrated periostomes and repeated what he suggested me at that time. He turned around and said if I want the third piece of the gold set, I have to pay extra $40. I felt a shock  when someone lied through their teeth like that. Even the cover for the gold periostome instrument stated there should be three instruments per set. So for any dentist out there, when you place order with Medco, make sure you make them record exactly what you are getting, or record your conversation with them for the proof. They can turn around and said something completely opposite. I am very disappointed the way they do business. This is the first and the last time I do business with Medco. I will share my unpleasant experience with any dentist that I come across. So good luck with your business Medco!!!
