We have been coming to Hidden Valley for over 20 years and have never been unhappy with them. Their staff genuinely cares for the animals they treat and we have had at least 5 dogs and 3 cats as patients of theirs over that time. Our dogs never feared coming here and neither did the cats. The last one, Moses, had renal failure and had to be brought in daily for fluids and he got to where he was completely at home with all of them. The level of care they give the pets they treat and the time they spend with the pet's parents (us) is over and above what we experienced anywhere else. Highly recommend them!

Relatively new to the office, but you can tell very quickly that all the staff have a deep love for animals and will go above and beyond to care for your pet.

The staff is very friendly and treat our pets kindly. The vets take time to explain and answer questions - they have not pushed expensive treatments or services. They usually balance cost effective measures with what our animals really need. I feel I can trust their advice.

They took care of our 16 yr old cat since he was 7 weeks old. He just passed this week and they sent us a sweet card.

Incredibly friendly and flexible staff. They care about your pet as much as you do and are very knowledgeable.
