Total rip off unless you want chiggers, foot tall weeds, dirt, ton of stupid rules that even if follow get raked over coals about. Took my $ for a month, stayed two weeks. Asked 2nd day get mowed around trailer area, picnic table, got none. Property manager over worked & owner is great when needs your help only. Paranoid people, waste of $, lousy hookups, just a dump. Avoid at all costs. Drive less then an hour stay at nice place, full hookup, grass, no chiggers, dirt, weeds, or drama for less than this place. Take your money, be your friend only when want something from you. Stayed 100's of places, this worse ever. Should be closed down. Good riddance!!
