We enjoyed the interactive aspect of the bowling displays/score keeping system.  We did a special where we got 1 hour of bowling, unlimited laser tag, and about 10 dollars of video games for $22 dollars.  The lanes are good!  We didn't eat.  It's a bit of a drive from Austin but a fun place to check out.  The laser tag was surprisingly fun for adults.

We held our manager team building function at High 5 for 15 people. We had a private room for an hour long meeting than wrapped up with bowling, laser tag and games. Everyone had a blast! The catered food in our meeting was excellent and our host was very attentive. Some of the food selections and room set up were incorrect so a bit of shuffling in the beginning which prompted 4 stars. Otherwise, great venue. We have been back since to eat and play!!

I found the place to be rather pricey. The service was friendly and very good, Angel was our server. Food was decent.  If you enjoy bowling this is NOT the place to go, the floors are sticky and you could fall if you're not careful. This is more a place to take the children for a $400 lunch break.  We did have fun but geez we didn't even finish 3 games before they cut us off.

Questionable management. Typically to be in management, a requirement by most businesses to promote an individual would be for that individual to demonstrate exemplary attitude, knowledge, and to value the customer, their business, and most importantly, to set the expectation. The extremely young assistant manager showed none of the above during a misunderstanding due to him not setting the expectation. It's likely he was new, but at no point showed remorse or an inkling of understanding or respect during the discussion. He's a poor manager and should maybe head back in to training until further notice.

Aside from poor management, the facility itself is great, food is great for a bowling alley with a lot of options. Bowling is fun as well.

The bartender lacks customer service and had to wait a long time for drinks. It is likely he and the assistant manager are distant relatives.

High Five is a great place for birthday parties and youth groups. The service is great and kids have a ton of stuff to do from bowling, to arcade games and laser tag. Leaves something to be desired for adults but is perfect for kids and teens.
