Spare Time Texas operates locally owned entertainment centers built upon the idea of 1st class fun for everyone!

Story

Spare Time Texas offers a variety of entertainment suitable for all ages and all size groups, including Bowling, Laser Tag, Event Rooms, Large Arcade, and Winner's Corner Prize Store. We also have a full service bar & grill, Shakers, featuring Texas craft beer and distilled spirits and an American Casual menu. Spare Time is the perfect venue for parties and events of any size as well as everyday family outings.

We currently operate two locations in Central Texas: Temple and Pflugerville.

Great place for a holiday party or any event! We hosted our Company Holiday Party here and everything was FANTASTIC! Melanie and her staff helped us from start to finish and we above and beyond to make our event great! The food and drinks were amazing and all at a really great price! Our employees raved about it all, from bowling to laser tag to the games! Thank you for everything!

Food and drink service directly at your bowling bay is the best part of bowling at Spare Time. From a performance standpoint, the lanes are properly waxed and have a nice sweet spot (at least for my approach). Games are all modern and in good working order, with a good variety. Food is pretty decent and they have a good beer selection. Only reason for the 4/5 stars is that the rates are a bit high. And just an FYI, the shoes run 1 size large.

I love this place will be going back soon. I went here a few times over the summer with my family we played laser tag, bowled and played the games. Very family oriented tge whole family loved it, staff was always accommodating. I'm looking forward to trying their food

This place is great for kids and adults. The food and the bar selection is amazing. The service is above and beyond every time we go or have a group party. Jeremy always greets us and ensures that we are taken care of. Nothing like a place were you feel welcomed. Thank you Jeremy and his staff for always providing a great customer service experience.

First trip to Spare Time Texas was also my last. There were a few broken machines without signs on them that just took our money. The Wizard of Oz machine was out of green coins and we had to ask twice before someone finally came over to fix it. After he fixed it, we still had to wait because it was out of silver coins and we had credits on the machine. There definitely was not enough staff for a Saturday night. I told one of the female employees that we wouldn't be back and she didn't offer to address my concerns...just gave a nervous chuckle and said "OK". What's really sad is that this place has such potential; (it's a lot like Dave & Buster's) and is in such a great location. But, never again.
