If I could give them a minus 10 I would.  Before you stop to get gas make sure you have at least $150 extra to spare.  We got $20 in gas on my college sons debit card, they took that out, but held an extra $151 hostage on the card.  That left him $10 in his account.  He wasn't able to get gas to get home, or do the Christmas shopping he had planned. I tried calling customer service but their phone line that says open 7 days a week was closed.  Yes I did call during the posted hours.

dirty vacant shower rooms. 2nd time here & still 4 dirty vacant showers. Cashier said no maintenance attendant here because of family emergency in her family. Her family manages the place & all work there. While granny cooking & grand-daughter at register & cant keep help to clean showers it doesn't get done. We were out of drive time & so tired & hungry.  We waited a over an hour to shower. They kept our Pilot rewards cards until we were done showering. 1st time for that. Only fried foods with breading on them & way over priced & junk food & candy we ate a lil of course. After granny was done frying, she took over register & grand-daughter cleaned shower. We had to share a shower room if we wanted to shower. While waiting to shower, granny asked if she could help me. I told her i was waiting for a shower. She wrinkled up her nose & asked me if her grand-daughter told me there was a wait. I told her no choice. 2 guys came in to shower & left mad saying waste of a stop. When I tried to explain to cashier about truckers & this lifestyle & how we can be grouchy to just end our day. She said "oh well, we are used to it". I told her about Google reviews but didnt sound concerned. If they owned it instead of manging it, things would be different.That told me a lot. Next time we go 30 miles to next Pilot.  Not much out this way.

Kept very clean, nice ppl. A dairy Queen which is always a plus. A good place to park for the night.

Dirtiest flying j I’ve ever been to.  The bathrooms were not clean at all the sinks didn’t work right, the hand dryers were broken and someone left the thinnest toilet paper by the dryers to use to wipe your hands with and it just disintegrated in your hands. Oh and it stunk really bad.   I walked out feeling like I needed to sanitize myself.   Judging by the bathroom, I wouldn’t eat any food from there because if the bathroom’s that disgusting how clean is the food prep area?
