Never gone in the store, but I like that they have free compressed air, a car wash that really gets off the gunk, and quality gas at reasonable prices (for a Chevron).

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I moved to the area at the end of May. I stop here at least 3x's per week on my way to work. I've never once had a pleasant experience. The cashiers are very rude. They can't even take a break from their personal conversations (which is usually nothing but tasteless gossip) with one another long enough to greet you, and ring up your items. They act as if you're inconveniencing their lives simply by purchasing a single cup of coffee. 99% of the time they don't even say thank you. I don't expect to be treated special or for them to act as if working at Chevron is the greatest place to work. But, common decency would be nice. To top it all off, the last 3 times I've stopped in the coffee was burnt and I couldn't even drink it. I think it's time to take my business to the maverick up the road where I can get a decent cup of coffee, and not get treated like my business is an inconvenience.

Service is awful! Cashiers act as if I'm a inconvenience. And talk about things that shouldn't be talked about in front of customers.
