I brought my frame to get the cranks remove because I didn't wanna bother buying the extractor to do it myself, it was a better way to save time and the hustle, they told me that they have to cut the crank because they couldn't remove it with the extractor they say was cheap aluminum when the bike is actual trek that cost me almost $850 and is one of the main name brands that they sale well I took my loss with the cranks, two days later I pick up the bike and the frame was full off of dents and scratches all around the bottom bracket and other parts of the frame as well, if I knew they were gonna do such a poorly job and damage the frame like that I will never bring it in the first place, if you love your bikes like I do think twice before you bring it in.

This is the go to shop. John and the crew are very helpful. A special shout out to the guys in the back repair shop room. They are awesome and are always busy helping others get back on the road. What a great bunch. A very special thank you to Juan for taking the time and having great patience with building my bike from parts to full build. Thanks Juan! Enjoy the IPA ;)
