I've known Tommy for more than 25years (glad he stayed on) and Mark almost as long. Craig is relatively new but very nice and an excellent mechanic. With these three at the helm you can't go wrong. As far as actual experiences, I took one of my road bikes there last night with some front shifting issues. Mark put it right up in the stand and fixed it in 10-15 minutes! The cost was more than fair to boot! What more is there to say? Oh, yeah they have a smoking selection of bikes as well

Hands down, the BEST bike shop. Exceptional service and reasonable pricing. Dealt with Sam on multiple occasions and he was extremely patient with me and never tried to up-sell me or force me into any purchase. No matter if you're purchasing your first or your fifteenth bike, HB will exceed your expectations. I recommend these guys/gals to everyone. Keep up the good work!

What a nice guys you can find here! I left my bike at Dick's on route 22 and after 10 days, they did not even get a look on it, so I decided to get it back. I went to Hilltop Bicycles and immediately I received service and in less than 5 minutes I got my bike working back again. The guy refused to check me for his help and I refused to leave without expressing all my gratitude so at least he accepted to receive a pizza slice from the next door business. Thanks again Greg!

Have purchased bikes for me, my wife and oldest here. Each time the sales reps spent quality time to make sure we were getting the right bike (style, comfort, tech and most importantly fit) for each of us. Great selection of bikes. Each person who we have dealt with here has a huge passion for bikes and they rather not make a sale than sell you the wrong bike for you and your needs. Definitely recommend Hilltop.
