Outstanding, friendly customer service. I received a pair of their slippers last Christmas as a gift and the back of one tore a one day when putting it on. I brought them into the store this morning, and they not only fixed the tear, but they also gave me a brand new pair since “these slippers shouldn’t do that.”  Really great people in this place, and the slippers (and mittens) are great quality. Hope they’re in business for a long time.

I ordered 2 pairs of sheepskin slippers for my husband and dad for Christmas. They LOVED them! I highly recommend this site for gifts. It was recommended to me by a coworker who has been giving these slippers and mittens for gifts for years and raves about them. The slippers are so soft and comfy but rugged too - perfect house shoes for my husband who works from home. Thank you HP!!!
