Decent ice cream but nothing spectacular. Got the flight with earl gray, cookies and cream, salted caramel, vanilla, and the one with pistachio bits. Hot fudge on the side was cool but didn’t enhance the flavors really
Great place , ice cream is amazing . I got a shake cookie and cream also something with spicy brownie best mix and my shake was thick omg this place is something different must look at all the flavors … only thing I can say bad is the girl in the Red beanie is lazy . She rather check the window and the kiosk instead of help people just my opinion.. but GREAT PLACE five stars all the way
First of all I was not at this location. I am at the new location inside Choice Market on Bannock Street. I have spent 6 nights in the apartments nearby dog sitting. I decided to try 2 flavors a night. I'd get 2 kiddie scoops. I had Salty Dog Chocolate. This was kind of one note and boring one. Definitely not what I expected. The Basil Blackberry was amazing. A sweet Basil flavor, not too overwhelming, with a blackberry compote in it. Definitely worth getting. Tin Cup Whiskey. I was very hesitant about this flavor. It was so good. It has pistachio brittle and a slight whiskey flavor. This was one of my favorites. Very smooth and creamy. Blueberry Lemon. This was a let down. You could definitely taste the blueberry. The lemon was not noticeable. Maybe if they added some lemon pulp or lemon zest. Even if they added some dry lemonade Kool aid mix. That would be delicious. Violet Lime. This was surprisingly good. You definitely tasted the lime with a slight floral taste. Very refreshing and palate cleansing. Moon Pie. This flavor brings me back to child hood. The marshmallows were so chewy and the big pieces of graham cracker clusters... A perfect blend. Brown Sugar Cinnamon. Tastes like a snickerdoodle. Mint Bark. This one threw me for a moment. It does not use mint flavors or mint extract. You can tell it is actually fresh mint leaves. It is definitely a "grown-up" version of mint chip. Earl Gray with Shortbread. This reminds me of high tea in London. A great tea flavor with a crunchy cookie. Brown Butter Pecan. This has a definite brown butter nutty flavor. The pecans are soft yet have a slight crunch. Strawberry Rose. I liked the little strawberry seeds in it. The rose flavor was very very faint. The strawberry flavor was also not very strong. Chamomile. This surprised me too. It was a slight tea flavor with a hint of blueberries. It was good. All the ice-cream had a good creaminess. The staff at this location were great. I still have a few flavors I missed. Hope to be dog sitting here again to finish them all.
I went to this place after it was mentioned in a "Unique sweets" food TV show. They have all kinds of ice cream flavors and they all look good. I took the blueberries and the salted caramel. Blueberries was sour as I like but in the salted caramel I couldn't felt the saltiness at all. The location is in Denver Central market which is a busy place with many small shops just like this one, which offer all kind of foods such as pizza, sandwiches, salads and more. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend it
Eat the earl grey plus shortbread!!!! Thank you guys also for having good size options. Service was great. Covid Info: entire central market filled with signs about distancing, floor markers, hand sanitizers. Also they're accommodating lots of good looking, well labelled "sanitized v not" tables.
Pilopular and delicious ice cream spot. It's unfortunate they dont offer free samples as I'm not bold enough to spend money on new flavors.
Amazing ice cream. Super sweet. Would be five stars if they did samples like every other ice cream shop in the nation. Came in to buy a bunch of flavors, but had to just get one since it was a gamble. The other flavors may suck. I’m not sure.
Mint Chocolate and the Dark chocolate orange with marshmallows was the bomb hands down best local ice cream ice had in denver. The mint chocolate had a very distinct mint leaf taste
Don’t buy into the hype. I used to love going here and it has gone downhill. Pints have shot up to a ridiculous $8. If you’re going to try the cookies and cream, don’t be surprised when all you get is vanilla ice cream with basically an 1/8th of an Oreo cookie
I had never heard of this place before, but it looked so good that I decided to stop by. I got the Earl Grey shortbread flavor. They have so many unique flavors like Basil Blackberry, Rose Gold, etc. The service was great too. I’d definitely recommend.
