They are crooks who've monopolized the electricity in High Point. They care more about ripping people off than they do about providing service for those who require electricity to SURVIVE. PROFITS OVER PEOPLE!!! They care more about money than people's lives. Evil, criminal company.

I had to call HP Relations Department and tell about the rude customer service reps on phone. I will change my review after I see more improvements. If I pay my bill or need to ask questions concerning my bill; why would that be a problem.
