I give three stars because there are so many empty spots. Not the current businesses fault, but felt the need to rate the shopping center as a whole. 

The businesses currently there are great. The food options are delicious and shopping is decent. If it wasn't for the food though, it'd be a bust.  Great place to meet up for lunch.

Their are some good shops here but you would never even know that unless you made it a point to go back here. The shopping center has tones of buildings but nothing in them so its like a ghost town. This place has so much potential but has just gone down hill because no one really thinks there is anything here. Lord knows it took me living here for 2 years before i realized it.

Need more businesses to locate there. Understand that the rent is to high but almost like a ghost town in some areas

A nice view of a distant blue ridge if you get the right seat at one of the restaurants.  Midtown Pizza Kitchen, Chappy's Deli, and the Japanese place (can't remember the name) are great.

Lots of empty store fronts,  but those there and the eateries, Chappys, Midtown Pizza Kitchen, etc, are great.
