I go to Shoe Station every day... I work there...  I watch and help constantly pick up and clean up up after very inconsiderate customers. Slobs! I think people think elves come in the night and make the store looks nice for the next day to get trashed again... Its a exhausting job... 
But I Love working there... Its a home away from home.. 😀
We've done an expansion..  Kids Shoe Station... New carpet,  new tile,

Nice place to stroll, walk about, and window shop with family and friends. The food is pretty good too and I love to stop by and visit Books-A-Million. 

However I can't give five stars because Alabama gets hot, really hot and there lacking shade & seating area to accommodate for this, now I understand they don't want to block the businesses with benches but if they could please install some shade.

I went to Old Navy, they get 4 1/2 stars. The staff was very helpful. I also went to the Shoe Station, next door to Old Navy.  No one spoke to me, no one offered to help me. When I found the employees ( 4 standing talking on next isle ), and ask for help. One broke away from group, still no one speaking to me. She took me to where the Shoe was, looked a bit, handed the Shoe back, and the only words spoken to me the entire time I was there ( about 45 minutes, to an hour ) , no don't have it. And turned and walked away. So the Shoe Station only gets 0 stars. Horrible service. I went back, at a different time of day, about 4:00 pm first time was about 9:00 pm. Thinking that, maybe because it was late, was why service was bad. The time of day had zero to do with it. Service was still awful! I still bought 2 pairs of shoes and a handbag. Wound up taking one of the pairs of shoes, and handbag back. For a return. The return was the only positive service I received.

This is a great option to shop in Montgomery. Everything is in one place. There are great restaurants and stores and the entire shopping center is well kept. Parking is never a problem, but traffic can be a little heavy.

Great stores but I am only giving it three stars because of the location. It's ALWAYS crowded. It's always hard to get out of east chase area. I generally go to Costco, gap and academy.
