This place was like a mill. They had me so overmedicated that I have very little memory of my experience there. That is probably a blessing. The facility itself was filthy. I never attended a group or met with a therapist. I slept the whole experience away. The psychiatrists recommended I stay longer. At first I was reluctant to stay longer. Then I gave it more consideration and decided to stay. Then when I told the psychiatrist that I had reconsidered she told me that my level of care did not warrant inpatient care. This was just two hours from when she recommended staying. When I left I had no discharge plan. This is a horrific place. I felt like I was in a mill. The unit was always hectic with people coming and going. Since they do not provide treatment or discharge planning it is easier to move people in and out of there. Lastly, my roommate was there to detox. No one seemed concerned that she was incontinent. The room began to smell so bad that I had to shame the staff into getting her out of bed and cleaning her up. She was still very sick and disoriented When they kicked her out the back door. I am fairly certain that she too had no discharge plan. Why would she be any different than anybody else? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The place reminded me of what insane asylums must have been like. This place is going backwards in time. Definitely not cutting edge. As soon as you are lucid get out of there as fast as you can run!!!

Criminal... Simply criminally insane. They should pay money to those for whom they've wasted time and driven crazy or crazier with their incompetence and shenanigans. However, some of the workers were somewhat helpful during my stay, should be commended and probably find another place to work. And I think the patients are more or less abused here. I feel sorry for them.

This is the only clinic I have returned to after leaving thinking the “grass was greener” at a another clinic. I was skeptical at first but that has past! My new colleagues are going those extra miles to welcoming me back and igniting a spark in me that I thought had been extinguished a long time ago. I was treated at High Point in Middleboro for a total of seven days. I was just released this past Monday. Truthfully, I cannot say enough nice things about this place. All of the staff were very helpful and comforting in my time of much needed treatment for anxiety/ depression. Although, I really didn't interact with many of the patients during my stay, the staff made sure I was safe and being helped. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs psychiatric or substance abuse issues.

Nice staff well most of them . But the imvasion of privacy annoying room checks every 2 minutes makes this an uncomfortable place to be that's my opinion
