Been coming here for a few years and they honestly are the  most honest and helpful mechanics I have ever gone to. Everyone there is very polite and respectful and they do a great job repairing cars, and are super fair with prices.  They never do anything without letting you know first so you can decide if you want to do it. Highly recommend this place, best mechanics in San Bernardino

I been going to this shop for many years.my uncle told me about this place.the service is great and they really know cars all makes and models.they also do smog checks.very professional and honest i highly recomend them!!great family owned shop.....now adays to find an honest affordable place like this is hard if not impossible.julio.cesar.and jose will take care of all ur needs and it wont cost u an arm and a leg

Very honest and professional shop.they always explain the problem with ur car and let u kno exactly how much it would cost 2 fix it.very affordable.they also do smog checks.always have ur car ready on time..highly recomend them..

I cannot begin to express how horrible my experience regarding my visit was.  Not only was the service unprofessional, but it was also horrendous. I called ahead of time to see about getting a smog check for my vehicle. The first time that I called, they picked up then hung up. I figured there must be a mistake, so I attempted to call again. This time I heard many numbers being pressed. I stayed quiet to try and listen for a person because I was starting to think it was an answering machine. I decided to head down to the shop for I could not seem to communicate with anyone through the phone. The employees were very rude. Had I not needed the smog check I would have left but I needed it. When they finished performing the smog check and I was asked to pay, I noticed that the price was much higher then they had said it would be. I let the person in charge know and all they said was there were some extra things performed on the car it needed yet I never agreed to it. After a long moment of arguing, I decided to pay the crooked man and leave because he refused to surrender my keys to me. I should of called the police but I was so heated that I just wanted to get as far away from this place as possible. This is a warning for everyone. Stay away from this horrible establishment.
