Higher Grounds is a non profit business offering great tasting coffee and homemade pastries while supporting the Warr Acres community and global missions.

Story

A non-profit coffee shop offering specialty coffee beverages and homemade pastries that are made in house. We offer a space for you to come study, get to know your neighbor or catch up with friends. Often times we host events, such as Story Time and Holy Yoga or even Live Music.

We also have an Event Center where we can be the host for your next baby shower, birthday party anniversary party or rehearsal dinner! Have us cater and blow your friends away.

Friendliest staff around!! This place makes you feel right at home. Their coffee is delicious, and you won't have to wait long for it. They have a spacious meeting room you can reserve at a reasonable rate. I love the decor in this place! My go-to coffee shop!

The children's story time in Thursday's at 10:30am is the best story time I've found in the metro! We've made lots of friends in the area through going to higher grounds story time and I've met people for meetings a few times here. It's always fun going to Higher Grounds. It's welcoming for all ages and stages!

The atmosphere is the most cozy coffee shop I've ever been in. It feels like sitting in your own living room! They even have a fireplace! They offer a lot of different seating options, from conference tables, to an event center to leather couches. Their drink menu doesn't vary far from hot coffee so it may be neat to see more tea or smoothies on the menu.

Very cool and off the beaten path. Locally owned and a great place to feel like you're sitting at your grandma's table having coffee. Great place to meet clients

Been here twice now while visiting from Utah. I have tried about 10 shops in OKC and this is my favorite. The coffee here is spot on, and the bakery items are awesome. Definitely the best cannoli I have had. The service is fast and incredibly friendly. The shop has tons of seating: couches, lounge chairs, bar tops, work tables and a conference room. Fireplace is great for cold days. Awesome spot.
