I really like this place. It is clean, open and comfortable. My bagel was very good. The house coffee was pretty good but not exceptional.

Every time I have ordered from Panera in the last 3 months, part of my order has been wrong. They have gotten my sandwich wrong, my soup wrong, my drink wrong or forgotten something like a cookie or chips. One time I ordered a grilled cheese with turkey added and they forgot the turkey and all they did was open up the already made grilled cheese and slap on a piece of cold turkey. It was disgusting. They give me Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. I mean, it has been every single time. And I try to just let it go because I know people make mistakes, but tonight they got three things wrong in our order - wrong drink, wrong soup, and left off cheese on our other French onion soup. Panera is kind of pricier so eating there is becoming a waste of money. Why eat there and pay for something you didn't even order? Not worth it anymore.

AWFUL.
INSULTINGLY AWFUL.
The bread for the bread bowl was WAY overcooked, resulting in the crust being like shoe leather.
The half of a steak and arugula sandwich was REALLY BAD.
The steak was under cooked and i just threw it away.
Its a supremely idiotic idea to eat undercooked meat and I will not "play Russian roulette" with my health.
The CRUST on the bread for the sandwich was like shoe leather and the sandwich fell apart.
I ate the entire SLIVER OF A SANDWICH without the meat.
FOUR BITES AND THE SANDWICH WAS GONE.
The PORTIONS are an INSULT!
The sandwich was TINY.
The soup bowl was TINY.
The PRICE was ridiculous.
$12 for a TEENY TINY SLIVER OF A SANDWICH AND A TINY BOWL OF SOUP, with "bread".
The tiny baguette was a little under cooked, and was MEDIOCRE.
The TASTE of the soup was FANTASTIC.
EVERYTHING else was an absolute RIP OFF.
I spent $12 ate everything and I AM STILL HUNGRY.
The sams choice "tv dinners" i have in my freezer are better than this and cost $4.
Except for the TASTE of the soup, its some of the best soup i have ever tasted. 
IT WAS ALMOST $6 FOR A TINY 8 OUNCES OF SOUP!!
This is my second and last time being a customer at panera bread.
ONE STAR BECAUSE THE SOUP TASTED GOOD.

They always have quick friendly service. Food is great as well. Have had both breakfast and lunch here and haven't been disappointed. Also love that they have sprouted bread!
