Life happens and we forget to return our books. The library never reached out by email or by phone to let me know and I found out because of the letter from the debt collectors. Online it said to call your local branch to pay the bill. I am trying and the librarians are zero help, some guy by the name of James tries to smooth talk/customer service me. The problem is I follow their directions and the website still won't let me sign on. I don't live near the library to take the time to come there and they won't take my number over the phone because all the huge security breaches the library gets. They think they're protecting security but they're really wasting my time. The library should send out a notice for an overdue book before sending to collections. This whole situation is just bogus.

While the area is pretty clean and looks nice it also gives itself a disadvantage as the open areas makes studying or reading without listening to music neigh impossible although the top area is more quiet, If you plan on studying here try to get into one of the study rooms.

The LOUDEST library I've ever been to. Partly due to being attached to a rec center, partly due to everyone else talking as if it's happy hour at a bar. If you're looking to go here to study or read without interruption, go somewhere else. Even their private study rooms are loud. I'll never come here again, unless it's going to be an in and out trip. PROS: There's always a computer available CONS: Everything else
