Not to crowded and they were clean

I went there to wash bed comforters and decided to do a regular load of my kids school uniforms, when the wash was done the clothes were covered in some kind of scum/lint/grime. There was a lady there and another one emptying the machines of  the money, I showed them that my clothes look worst than they did before the wash and the "owner/manager" looked at me like I was an idiot and said wash them again... I told her my clothes were not like this, your machine  is messed up, I told her I don't have time to wash again, she turned away from me and continued to just count the money.... ? WTF? Customer service sucks ass at this place, I just left, so if you want your clothes to be dirtier and worst than before and you treated like an idiot... bring your stuff here.
