POS Company. 7 months not only is my moms house not restored after water damage, THEY broke the granite counter top and are trying to file a claim through moms insurance company, hey idiots, that's call fraud. Mom finally fired them, now they won't leave her alone wanting their money. Again, hey idiots, took you 7 months to do a half assed job AND break a counter top, you want money?? Thinking about getting an attorney involved.

Terrible. First response was good, then it went downhill. Lost file, and measurements, would not return calls, basically ignored us, then finally referred me to another contractor.

These guys are the worst! They misplaced my file for weeks leaving me with an open ceiling and drop cloths everywhere for weeks. Avoid using them! Even if your insurance company hires them, tell them that you want another company to do your work.

Don't hire this company, this company is bad, they did a terrible job at my home, they demanded money before starting the job, they left a mess after, they left my appliances outside uncovered on a windy dusty rainy day, one of their employee would tell us how bad they were but since our insurance referred us to them we thought we had to go with them. We are very unsatisfied with the job they did. I'm looking for someone else to fix it up, The staff does not communicate among themselves, we had several employees calling on the same day with different stories and issues. I'm a truly angry unsatisfied customer....... Poor customer service, poor work ethic, poor everything

Someone was supposed to come to my house to inspect water damage last Friday. No one came until the following Monday. They were supposed to come to my house today for an estimate but never showed up. They said the person who does the estimates had an emergency. Thats was ok, but they said they called me and left a message. Problem....they never called the right phone number even though they called the correct number this morning to set an appointment up. Get your act together!!
