The food when prepared and as you asked is awesome but it depends on who is working. I called twice to complain and the Arabic accent was so thick I couldn’t understand it and I speak limited Arabic with my time in the Army but there was very poor customer service! This was my first experience with highlander pizza and I was very happy with the food. The appetizer bacon cheese fries was enough to feed a family of four and came with ranch. The pepperoni roll was gorgeous in presentation and tasted just as mozzarella and pepperoni should. The bread had far more taste than Sals and I liked how the sauce didn't take anything away from the pepperoni roll. Now that I know this place has good food at competitive pricing/cheaper than my usual got to Italian place, I'll be coming back for sure.

Really bad service. Ordered my food at 11:45 pm, didn’t get it till 12:45 pm, was the wrong order. When I called them back to see if they could send the right ones, they were being VERY difficult. It’s only fair I get what i paid for and kept trying to get me to pay 50% for the new wings. After 10 min on the phone they finally agreed to get me the right wings. Told me the wings would get here in 20-30 mins, got it a whole 1:30 hrs later. And then they asked for the other wings back...I hadn’t eaten them but it was weird. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered two small calzones and was told it would take 45 minutes. Hour and a half goes by and they still have not shown up. Called up there said driver left should be there any minute. 30 more minutes go by and still have not shown up. Mind you about 5 minutes away from the place... ridiculous
