This is really nice apartment community and friendly staff. Patricia is very nice and efficient!!. When I have required them for repair something at my apparmet in the same day they have fixed it!

Finally im out of there. Get ready to pay other people water bill.My Ac was broken down for over 4 month, they would only tell me, the part is hard to find to fix your ac problem. . This apts look luxury but they arent. The pool is out control in the summer . You cant even walk in there with your family. The manager have a bad actitude, not a friendly person. They will tell you not to make noice after 9. But you have people in the second floor making noice.music and walking hard. You see alot wierdo coming in and out the gate all time, sometimes you feel unsafe to walk in and out. Another thing people speeding down the small parking lot blasting their music. I coulnt rest when ever i got home. and also You could conplain 100 times they wont care. 1 year of living hell. I gave 1 star because theres nothin less... in a year i would see you saying i shoulde took that advise from that google review person. :]

Excellent place !!! Excellent care of the facilities, very organized, quiet and good coexistence between neighbors 100% recommended !!!! the price is in line with what is offered

The apartments and environment are wonderful. The maintenance staff is among the most helpful and very friendly. Patricia Vega is also very quick to help you with whatever your needs may be; however, the manager Sheila is very arrogant and snotty when asked to go the extra mile to assist residents. I pay to much money to stay here to be treated in such immature ways. Therefore Sheila should act more like a manager and less like a child, or be fired. Customer service is everything!
