Management staff is unresponsive to service requests and seem to not care about the resident’s well being, safety, or sanity. Very noisy and rude tenants blasting music all hours of the night which is ok in the eyes of management. I would highly mot recommended this complex to anyone who is sane and wants a relaxing atmosphere for which is reasonable in everyday life.

Where to even start... is it possible to give negative stars on reviews? My entire stay at this complex has been one of much regret. We were tricked into this complex by a “friendly” management staff and seemingly nice amentaties. Do not let that fool you when finding a place to live. This complex is full of residents who have no common courtesy when respecting others with their music, loud cars, parties, etc. I personally have also witnessed a group of middle schoolers yelling racial slurs at residents, loitering, and damaging personal property. The walls of the units are paper thin so if you like hearing every word said by your neighbor or are deaf, you will love this place! Management’s response has been to simply “call the courtesy officer”. I guess when you don’t have any easy out other than the stiff penlaties for breaking the lease, you can’t expect them to do much. In short, do not rent here , there are plenary of better options!

Poor management, roaches, drugs, loud music, decaying structures, etc...etc Don't let the "new paint" fool you. Just like putting lipstick on a pig. This place is absolute garbage!! All Overlook employees are very rude. I have not encountered one positive experience with any of them. I served and retired from the Marines... I've lived all over the wolrd... This place qualifies as the "slums". RENTER BEWARE!!!! DON'T BE A SUCKER FORS AESTHETICS...UNDER THEIR LOOKS IS ROTTEN WOOD AND MOLD. I HAVE LAB TEST TO PROVE THE MOLD AND PICTURES TO PROVE THE ROT. SURE, THE POOL LOOKS NICE, BUT LIKE I SAID, DON'T BE A SUCKER!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! DON'T LET THE POSITIVE COMMENTS FOOL YOU LIKE THEY DID ME.

I recently moved out so that I could be closer to work but I had a positive experience at this place. Apartments are nice, community is safe, and staff is helpful! Gonna miss this place.

Staff is terrible. They are extremely rude and lazy. They do not help with small requests such as changing the previous pad code to the garage. The pool is beautiful, and apartments are mediocre, but the staff is just awful.
