They do very good work, but once the deal is done, you are on your own.  Lots of promises but no action.  Be prepared to hire an attorney, make lots of threats, and lose everything anyway, if you do business with this contractor.  Sad but that is how most contractors work in Cedar City. Don't expect anyone to honor a contract.
