Ivan Cody of Highmark is rarity in the Southwest Florida construction/contracting landscape. He's diligent and honest, which is why his work is almost exclusively word-of-mouth. In the projects I've worked with him on, he doesn't necessarily come in the lowest on cost, nor does he promise the world, but what he does do is over-deliver on his services. He's a builder of integrity, and I think each one of his clients would tell you the same thing.

Ivan and HighMark Contracting did an excellent job quoting and remodeling our Lanai in Fort Myers. 
We are very pleased with the result and would recommend him for any remodeling projects you are considering.
