We will not recommend this company. No communication and bad workmanship. It took 45 days to complete our roof with no communication. The salesman Marlon was great to deal with! But the owner is not a business man and does not know how to treat his customers!

Very bad experience with this company.  First they did not replace rotten roof decking boards like they were supposed to and to come back out and repair, which took weeks.  Then the roof started leaking after 18 months because of improper flashing and we still can't get them to come out and fix it.  I would not recommend Affordable Roofing to my worst enemy!

Problem that caused leak on original roof no corrected when re roof done. Leak caused damage to drywall. They fixed leak and installed proper flashing at no charge.  Workers said that they have a drywall guy that would fix damage. When I contacted office I was told my request sent to service crew. Weeks passed, Four calls to them and each time they said issue sent to service dept. still no action. On fifth call, woman with attitude said they don't repair drywall and problem is fault of my builder. Are you kidding me?  She gave my number to boss, JOHN. No response from him as well. Very poor customer service.
This is follow up on above review.  After they supposedly fixed leak, roof began leaking in same spot. Drywall that I had replaced at my expense damaged again. Called affordable back, they sent info to service team.  No response. Over a period of months , I called several times and given same answer that message given to service team. I sprayed roof with flex seal to avoid further damage to drywall which stopped leak. After more calls i finally received notice that a repair person would come out. He showed up, saw the obvious signs of the leak damage. He sprayed with hose and saw that flex seal had stopped leak but he would repair properly.  His boss, JOHN, called me later and said that he would not fix the problem.  I explained that flex seal stopped leak but it needs to be done right. He refused to acknowledge problem and hung up. Stay away from these fly by nighters.
In addition:  When I went up on roof to apply sealant, I noticed flashing was never installed to fix problem.

Saw the 1st review, timely. LOL., if you think 19 weeks and counting is timely, Was told 8-12. So far 3 weeks without shingles, any reputable company would have shingles before they rip the old obes off.  They dont return calls, they dont draw correct drawings for the inspector to approve. BEWARE!

It is a shame how you treat past customers.  I have sent many people to you for your services and you cant even write a simple note about the condition of a roof.
