I've been living here for almost 18 months and I like being here. Everything is going smooth and easy to handle. My apartment was clean when I first moved here and of course it still clean :) The neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is quite, and the office staff are so nice.

I have been living at Highpoint apartments for a year now.  My apartment is beautiful, and the balcony is larger then I thought it would be.  The staff has always helped with any situation.   Anytime something has broken or there has been a issue maintenance comes the next day and it's fixed.  My only complaint is the rude neighbors who blast obscene music and leave garbage around.  This is typical of anywhere you live though now a days.

Luana in the office has been a delight to work with. Love the location and office staff. Everyone has been great.

I wish I checked the reviews before I applied. Not having a good vibe about it at all, hoping for something different but I am truly nervous now and even the process of getting approve is already seems an hassle......

i've only lived here for a week and already know that i will not be renewing my lease or recommending these apartments to anybody! So unprofessional and outdated and I already have endless issues.
