Yeah, don't rent from this place. They wouldn't let me out of my lease when I told them I had bought a home. I continued to pay rent and used the apartment as a storage unit, until the lease was up. When the furnace leak caused mold issues, they took it upon themselves to go in without my consent, and repair the damages. While doing this, they stole everything of value. Everything. Including my unborn baby's gifts from his baby shower that we had at the Romeoville Recreational Center down the street. All they left were dirty laundry and dirty dishes. There was absolutely no point in voicing my concerns to the property manager, Andrea Johnson, because she pointed the finger back at me. Don't even get me started on the false accusations that were made towards me, a pregnant woman, regarding a "marijuana smell" coming from my apartment. Nearly $1300 a month for a year's worth of stress and a crummy 1-bedroom apartment.

I've lived here for a few years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff has been wonderful and helpful whenever we need anything. The grounds are well kept and have never had any complaints about neighbors or the staff.

Beautiful apartment homes in a great location, amenities include exercise room and swimming pool.

Nice clubhouse, pool, green space.  The apartments are fairly newly updated.  Nice balconies/patios on every unit.

DO NOT TRUST MANAGEMENT. They are all out to get your money and nothing more. They all talk about each resident to other residents, unprofessional. Some people can move out early for free and others are locked into contract, depends if they like you or not. They never clean the inside of the hallways or buildings, dog poop is everywhere. Manager just sits outside and smokes all day. 

Maybe this place has good reviews from 5-6 years ago, I dare you to check out the reviews online now. There's better places out there. Avoid avoid avoid.
