I called them to get a quote on a resonator delete, and was quoted $250. This is the second or third time I’ve contacted them to get a quote from them to do work on my truck and the quotes have been outrageously high. Not only that, but every time I talk to someone on the phone they act like they don’t want business. I called advance muffler, and the same job would cost me $80 to get a resonator delete.

i needed a new tire mounted and balanced, then a flat fixed and mounted as a spare.  i showed up at 8am and was pulling out by 0840.  this would have taken firestone 2 hours or more!  thanks for the fast service and keep up the great work.
UPDATE - 2 more great experiences  - had a flat, fiexed with no waiting and they worked around a slight problem with the tire without insisting that i i buy a new one from them.  next, brought my own atv tires to be mounted, they started immediately and got done in less than an hour and the price was excellent.
