I had an awesome experience!  I was in and out in 30 minutes and the counter staff was super friendly and helpful.

I arrived around noon today and it was almost filled to capacity in terms of available seats. So naturally, some people decided to hold up the wall. All of a sudden patrol walks in with very firm voices telling people to get off the wall. Some of these people were older and weren't aware of the "no standing" rule. Where are the signs? They were RUDE!! A simple PLEASE would of been better.

The receptionist was nice, but she did something that I believe should never be done in her position. She was reissuing tickets from people who had left due to the waiting time. Some of us were in there for almost 2-3hrs ... why should someone who arrived 2hrs after me (with the same letter) be called waaaay ahead of me? Is this common practice? If so, then it's not fair. Have you heard of the FIFO method?

I would give them -5 stars if I could the guy that answered the phone was very rude and then he hung up on me.. smh

RUDE!! they ladies behind the windows doesnt act like they are concerned about helping you,  MIssissippi need two HQS!!!!!!!

~This is a "State Department" whose job it is to serve the Public!~You call the number the majority of the time its busy or they transfer you to a dummy number which rings indefinitely (6 minutes and counting or until you hang-up), or a dummy voice mail!~REALLY!!~
