Same issue- called agency about 7pm in the evening expecting to leave a message. I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered. First call and appt seemed extremely exciting and promising for our Destination wedding and honeymoon travel. The week after my Fiance and I met with the "President" of the company, we were promised a return call and email with our travel details, but nothing came. I followed up/called three times, left messages and sent two emails but got absolutely no response or even just a courtesy call to say I'm sorry, we are not able to help you. Its a shame that we were dealing with the president of the company, according to her business card. If a company is too busy or can't handle the travel requests, its business etiquette to call your potential client back and explain. Obviously they didn't want our business, nor our 20 guests/future clients. If you a want responsive travel agent, go elsewhere.
