I have been going to Hillrise for a few years with exceptional service, however; they recently have made some changes. The front office receptionist (not sure her job title) is fairly new and the last time I was there she tried to charge me $80+ for a cleaning that my insurance (which hadn't changed) always covers, I explained I had never been asked to pay and that if my insurance for some reason didn't cover the cost they could bill me. She finally agreed and allowed me to leave without paying. This was enough for me not to want to return but I thought she was new and I understand it is a learning process. I went ahead and called to schedule another appt, my insurance did change though so I let them know when I was scheduling with and who ever answered told me she would need to make sure they accepted my insurance and get back to me, she never did! At that point I figured it was time to find a new dentist.

Growing up in a family with just boys was fun, rough, and challenging. Scrapes and scratches, falls and fights, broken bones, broken dishes--these were the norm. On one particularly fatefully occasion though, my younger brother threw a rock that met my front tooth with what one might call "memorable" force. He shattered the bottom half off my front tooth (not the baby kind either) and I was stuck with a very jagged smile. Every dentist we went to said that it couldn't be fixed, and that my only options were veneers. So I decided to try to live with it. At first, sure, I was embarrassed by my peaky little gap, but after a decade of living with it, it was just normal. It wasn't until college that I went into Hillrise Dental for a routine cleaning and was asked why I had never had my tooth fixed. I explained that everyone said it simply couldn't be fixed. Within minutes, something that had bothered me half my life was fixed by the professional, precise, caring hands at Hillrise Dental. They matched the color perfectly, they got the shape spot-on, and they completed my smile. I've never had an issue with my rock-broken tooth since, and I've been a happy customer for now well over six years. Hillrise Dental provides immediate attention, quality work, and a friendly staff. I recommend them to anyone with little-brother-broken teeth, and of course any other dental needs. Thanks!

Love it here! Our family of four have been using Dr. Ellis for almost five years. He does a great job with our three and six year old children. He is very smart and professional. Never pushes expensive, unnecessary procedures like other dentists in town. Just gives you what you need for a great price. Best dentist we have ever seen!
