We had a terrible experience trying to purchase a lot for my aunt who recently passed away. The counselor gave us a price that we were comfortable with but we asked to see if they can help us some more since our aunt did not have any money, single and never married, never having kids. The director Michael came out and basically told us that since our aunt passed away and it’s a “need” base it’s going to cost us more that the price the counselor gave us. 

That was the worst customer service i ever experience in my life. You can say that you can’t honor the price the counselor gave us because it’s too steep of a discount. However for you to just come out and tell me because I need it, you are going home to raise the price. If you tell me in the beginning that’s it’s a few more hundreds because it’s an immediate need I would understand. However to just give us a price and then saying you need it so I’m going to raise it is basically morally wrong. I can’t even begin to mentioned all of the things he and another counselor said to us that were disgusting uncompassionate. I really pray for their salvation.

I'm there every week to bring my beloved Theresa flowers.  Nicely maintained, spacious and inviting.  Fall and Winter brings out the deer who I feed each week with apples from the nearby supermarket. Very tranquil.
