The owner of this park is a crook. He will take your water bill payment and then claim he never recieved it. The park is constantly under a boil advisory, and if you arent careful the water will ruin your clothes it gets so nasty. He doesnt allow water hoses to even be hooked to you home. Not to mention he allowed a convicted child molester to move in.
